Deeside Camera Club

Ian Halliday and Harry Scott will be giving us a photographic presentation of their recent week-long stay on the Isle of May in the Firth of Forth. Their presentation will cover all aspects of their stay on the island and will hopefully encourage some of you to accompany the 'dynamic duo' for a day trip to the Isle of May in 2-3 weeks time to see and photograph the islands amazing abundance of wildlife, including the 46,000 pairs of Puffins which should be busily feeding their chicks at that time?

Also, this is the last call for anyone wishing to take part in (or help with) our annual photographic show. This years show is to be held at the Bowling Club, next to the Victory Hall in the centre of Aboyne from 6-10th December. Currently Harry has received responses from David Hendry, Chris Bell, Jean Bell, Margaret Fraser, Geraldine McGowan, Bob Naylor, Ian Halliday & Ernie Jamieson but we need a few more folk to allow us to go ahead. Whether you wish to display just an image or two, occupy a whole board or want to help out without exhibiting, please contact Harry as soon as possible on the following email ( picades@ifb.co.uk ) so that he can have a clear idea of who wished to be involved and can then make progress with planning and promoting the event?
